  •  At Kaya Ropes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products once the order has been processed and shipped.

  • In the rare event of a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as fairly as possible.
